get_biller_items

Returns available plans or packages for a specific biller with their item codes. Call this before purchasing data bundles or cable TV subscriptions to get valid item codes. Data and cable purchases require an item code, not a raw amount. Parameters:

get_electricity_operators

Returns all supported electricity distribution companies with their disco codes. Call this before paying an electricity bill to get the correct disco code for the user’s provider.

validate_bill_customer

Validates a customer identifier such as a meter number or smartcard number before paying a bill. Returns the customer name if the identifier is valid. Use this to confirm the right customer before completing a payment. Parameters:

buy_airtime

Purchases airtime for any Nigerian phone number. Confirm the phone number, network, and amount with the user before purchasing. Parameters:

buy_mobile_data

Purchases a mobile data bundle for a Nigerian phone number. Always call get_biller_items first with category MOBILEDATA and the network name to get valid item codes. Data bundles use an item code, not a direct amount. Parameters:

pay_electricity

Pays an electricity bill and generates a prepaid token for the meter. Required sequence:

Call get_electricity_operators to get the correct disco code
Ask the user for their meter number and amount
Optionally call validate_bill_customer to confirm the meter is valid
Confirm details then pay

subscribe_cable_tv

Pays for a DSTV, GOtv, or Startimes subscription or renewal. Always call get_biller_items with category CABLEBILLS and the provider name first to get valid item codes. Show the user available packages before subscribing. Parameters:

get_bill_history

Returns the user’s recent bill payment history across all categories.
