# Other Clients

> Connect Windsurf, Zed, and other MCP compatible clients to Monei

Any MCP compatible client can connect to the Monei server. The hosted endpoint supports SSE transport.

## Windsurf

1. Open Windsurf Settings
2. Go to the MCP section
3. Add a new server with type SSE and the URL above
4. Authenticate with your Monei API key when prompted

## Zed

Add this to your Zed `settings.json`:

## Custom MCP clients

If you are building your own MCP client, connect using the standard SSE transport:
